Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administration Assistant located in Tucson, AZ. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks, including providing administrative assistance, managing phone communications, supporting executive administrative tasks, and performing clerical duties. The Administration Assistant will work closely with team members to ensure seamless office operations and excellent service to our clients.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills

Effective Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills

Proficient Clerical skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency with office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus

Fluent in spanish
