What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with basic service requests
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups
- Support day-to-day office operations
- Process paperwork and maintain organization
- Learn insurance and client management systems (training provided)
- Assist with servicing home and auto policies (renewals, changes, adding drivers)
