What You’ll Do

  • Assist clients with basic service requests
  • Schedule appointments and follow-ups
  • Support day-to-day office operations
  • Process paperwork and maintain organization
  • Learn insurance and client management systems (training provided)
  • Assist with servicing home and auto policies (renewals, changes, adding drivers)
