We’re looking for a reliable, organized Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
  • Draft and send emails, memos, and correspondence
  • Maintain organized files and records (digital and physical)
  • Prepare reports and documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Handle data entry and general office tasks as needed
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal team requests

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • 1–3 years of administrative or office experience preferred
  • High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 – $46,000.00 per year
