Interior Design/Build Firm looking for energetic individual with experience in office admin responsibilities, customer service and staff/team management. This position will work closely with owner in day to day operations.

Responsibilities:

– Manage and oversee daily office operations
– Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
– Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
– Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
– Assist in budgeting and financial management
– Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks
– Ensure efficient functioning of office systems and procedures
– Implement and maintain office policies and procedures

Skills:

– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Proficient in budgeting and financial management
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Experience in remodeling or interior design office management is a plus
– Ability to effectively communicate with clients, staff, and vendors
– Knowledge of front desk operations, including phone systems and customer service
– Proficient in busy calendar management and scheduling
– Familiarity with office management software and tools
– Strong administrative skills, including record keeping, data entry, and filing
– Professional phone etiquette

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
