Administrative Assistant Jobs in Miller Place, NY at Pro Tech Pools, Inc.

Full-time position available for a busy, family-owned pool company. Must be highly self-organized with an emphasis on multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Laid back, comfortable & friendly office!

Hours: M-F, 9AM-5PM (this is required)

– Answering phones / customer support

– Scanning and labeling documents

– Scheduling appointments

– General administrative tasks

– Monitoring field technician GPS

– Communications with field technicians, vendors & customers via phone and text

Computer knowledge and typing skills required. Microsoft Office & QB knowledge is a plus. 1-2 years of clerical experience is needed. We can train you on all of the other aspects of the job. Look forward to hearing from you!

Required hours: 9a-5p, M-F.

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
