Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and greet residents, families, and visitors
  • Provide tours and respond to inquiries
  • Support residents’ needs and coordinate services (transportation, guest reservations, etc.)
  • Assist with administrative tasks including paperwork, payroll entry, and recordkeeping
  • Maintain organized files and office systems
  • Respond calmly and appropriately in urgent situations
  • Support the Administrator and team with daily operations

Qualifications

  • Administrative or office experience preferred (senior living or healthcare a plus)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Discreet and professional with confidential information

Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • Monday thru Friday
