Duties & Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate office
• Handle phone calls, respond to emails, and prepare documents
• Maintain and organize office files, job files, and vendor records
• Manage office supplies and coordinate equipment procurement
• Schedule appointments and manage upper management calendars
• Support the finance department with wire transfers and record-keeping
• Create and update databases and various records
• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations as needed
• Provide administrative support to team members when required
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of office administration experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
