Role Description This is a part-time, remote Administrative Assistant role supporting the daily operations of Field Claims Company, Inc. The Administrative Assistant will manage incoming calls, respond to emails, and ensure that inquiries are routed to the appropriate claims personnel. Responsibilities include scheduling and calendar coordination, organizing digital files and records, preparing basic reports, and assisting with data entry related to claims and client information. The role also involves providing general clerical support, such as document formatting, correspondence preparation, and maintaining internal databases. The Administrative Assistant will collaborate with claims staff and leadership to support efficient communication and workflow across the organization.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to handle scheduling, data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
  • Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to manage calls, emails, and internal and external inquiries effectively.
  • Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities to support leadership with calendar management, meeting coordination, and basic reporting.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and cloud-based filing systems).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.
  • Prior experience in insurance, claims, or professional services administration is beneficial.
