Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk duties, greeting visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth
  • Operate multi-line phone systems, handle inquiries, direct calls efficiently, and maintain phone etiquette
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office.
  • Organize and file documents systematically, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality
  • Support calendar management by scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and supporting client needs
  • Handle clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing office supplies
  • Support office management tasks to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

Experience

  • Previous office experience or administrative support roles preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data entry skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated customer service experience with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities with accuracy
