Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator to support managers and daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing documents, and handling office administration tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, MS Teams, and One Drive is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to managers and team members.
Manage calendar scheduling, meetings, and team events.
Prepare and proofread emails, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
Handle expense reports, purchasing requests (P-Card/iProc), and vendor records.
Perform data entry, bookkeeping, and expense tracking.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor reception professionally.
Handle shipping documentation and receiving shipments.
Maintain visitor badge logs and office records.
Support office operations including supplies, deliveries, and administrative tasks.
