Here’s how you’ll contribute each day:
• Respond promptly to inbound phone calls, addressing inquiries and redirecting calls as necessary.
• Utilize Microsoft Word to create, format, and edit documents with accuracy.
• Perform data entry tasks efficiently, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Maintain organized filing systems to support easy retrieval of records.
• Collaborate with team members to support administrative projects and deadlines.
• Prepare correspondence and reports as needed.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars for staff.
• Ensure a welcoming and detail-oriented environment for visitors and callers.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and attention to detail.
Other requirements for the Administrative Assistant position include and are not limited to:
• Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other basic office software.
• Strong ability to manage inbound calls efficiently.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Adaptability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
