Role Description

We are seeking a full-time remote Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operational and clerical tasks. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, handling phone and email communication, and providing executive-level administrative support. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks
  • Strong skills in Communication and Phone Etiquette
  • Experience with Clerical Skills, including document handling and scheduling
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work remotely and autonomously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred
