Strategic Results is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support for USDA Forest Service projects. This position supports project teams by coordinating meetings, maintaining records, preparing correspondence, managing documentation, and assisting with day-to-day office and project operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while providing exceptional administrative support within a federal consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support to project managers and consulting staff.
· Coordinate meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and stakeholder events.
· Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and other project documentation.
· Maintain electronic files, records, and project documentation using approved filing procedures.
· Track project schedules, deliverables, and action items.
· Assist with travel coordination, meeting logistics, and document preparation.
· Support document formatting, editing, proofreading, and Section 508 compliance activities, as applicable.
· Maintain SharePoint sites and other collaboration platforms used by project teams.
· Coordinate internal communications and assist with onboarding new project staff.
· Respond to routine customer inquiries and provide general office support.
Qualifications
Required:
· U.S. Citizenship.
· Bachelor’s degree with two (2) years of administrative experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with six (6) years of administrative experience.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred:
· Experience supporting USDA or other Federal agencies.
· Experience supporting program management or consulting teams.
· Experience coordinating meetings and travel.
· Familiarity with Federal records management and document control procedures.
· Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements.

Pay: $68,500.00 per year
