Position: Full-Time Administrative Assistant
Support operations at Atlantic Operations as a Full-Time Administrative Assistant in Stellarton. This permanent role involves a variety of administrative duties, including records management and invoice processing.

As a key member of the team, you will report to the Senior Office & Payroll Administrator. Your responsibilities will include filing, data entry, and maintaining employee records. You’ll also support Accounts Payable and Payroll, ensuring the accuracy of time entries and financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out administrative tasks like filing and data entry

• Maintain and update employee personnel files

• Support invoice tracking for Accounts Payable

• Assist Payroll with journal entries and accruals

• Schedule orientations for new employees and contractors

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of administrative assistant experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Word

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Commitment to maintaining up-to-date training systems

• Ability to adapt to changing administrative needs
