Pay $23-33ph INC – $19-27ph T4 – Targets

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership and team operations within a fast-paced Cybersecurity & ERP environment.

In this role, you will help keep things organized, running smoothly, and on track by managing schedules, communications, and key administrative processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate day-to-day activities for senior leadership
  • Prepare and send professional emails, meeting agendas, and communications
  • Create documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office tools
  • Support financial tasks such as expense processing, invoice handling, and budget coordination
  • Assist with document management, record keeping, and reporting
  • Help coordinate meetings, events, and team activities
  • Provide administrative support to team members as needed
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

What You Bring

  • High school diploma (post-secondary education in business or office administration is an asset)
  • Strong typing and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting senior leadership (Director level or above)
  • Experience with financial/admin processes (expenses, invoices, budgets)
  • Background in corporate, IT, cybersecurity, or ERP environments
