URGENT HIRING ADMIN ASSISTANT!!!!

What Youll Do

You will be mainly responsible for inventory management and store backend operations, including:

  • Stock monitoring, replenishment, and documentation
  • Data entry/encoding and records management
  • Purchasing coordination and warehouse support
  • Inventory tracking and reporting
  • Office administration and general clerical tasks
  • Assist in scheduling and ensure smooth daily operations

What Were Looking For

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in administration, inventory, or office operations
  • Preferably with background in Purchasing / Inventory / Warehouse Management / E-commerce
  • Proficient in MS Excel and office management systems
  • Proficient or knowledgeable in using Pivot Tables for reporting and monitoring of orders, warranties, and inventory
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Admin/Secretary certification is a plus
  • Preferably residing near Makati City
  • Can start ASAP

WORK DETAILS

  • Location: Makati City (On-site)
  • Schedule: MondayFriday + Half-day Saturday (5.5 days/week)
  • Full-time position
