URGENT HIRING ADMIN ASSISTANT!!!!
What Youll Do
You will be mainly responsible for inventory management and store backend operations, including:
- Stock monitoring, replenishment, and documentation
- Data entry/encoding and records management
- Purchasing coordination and warehouse support
- Inventory tracking and reporting
- Office administration and general clerical tasks
- Assist in scheduling and ensure smooth daily operations
What Were Looking For
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in administration, inventory, or office operations
- Preferably with background in Purchasing / Inventory / Warehouse Management / E-commerce
- Proficient in MS Excel and office management systems
- Proficient or knowledgeable in using Pivot Tables for reporting and monitoring of orders, warranties, and inventory
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- Admin/Secretary certification is a plus
- Preferably residing near Makati City
- Can start ASAP
WORK DETAILS
- Location: Makati City (On-site)
- Schedule: MondayFriday + Half-day Saturday (5.5 days/week)
- Full-time position
