Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Administrative Assistant position located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The role involves providing administrative support, managing clerical tasks, assisting executives with scheduling, organizing meetings, handling phone communications, and maintaining efficient office operations. The successful candidate will contribute to ensuring smooth workflow and supporting the team in day-to-day administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, filing, and maintaining records
  • Strong Communication skills for handling inquiries and interacting with team members and clients professionally
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including managing calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite or other relevant tools
  • Previous administrative experience is highly beneficial
  • Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin is a plus
