We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Administrative / Personal Assistant to join our growing real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys balancing both administrative and accounting responsibilities.
As our Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, managing schedules, handling bookkeeping tasks, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the owner and team
- Manage calendars, emails, and scheduling
- Assist with real estate transactions and organize related documents
- Maintain accurate files, contracts, and office records
- Support bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including expense tracking in QuickBooks
- Create and manage spreadsheets in Excel
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and partners
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and other office events
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented

Pay: $49,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
