Role Description
Willow Creek Power Services, Inc is seeking an Administrative and Billing Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role in the Midland-Odessa Area. This position will support our field operations team through daily ticket processing, invoicing, payroll support, data entry, and general office administration. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Process daily field tickets, work reports, and timesheets
- Prepare and submit customer invoices
- Assist with payroll and certified payroll documentation
- Enter and maintain data in company systems
- Support purchase orders and vendor invoice processing
- Coordinate with field personnel to ensure accurate reporting
- Maintain electronic filing and project documentation
- Provide general administrative and office support
Qualifications
- Experience with Billing Processes, Invoicing, and Billing Systems
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating billing data and ensuring accuracy
- Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must
- Proficiency in relevant billing or accounting software is desirable
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Previous experience in the construction or energy sector is a plus
