About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Officer to support an Australian client across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, purchasing, and general administration.
This is a fully onsite role based in Pasig City, requiring close collaboration with both the Manila team and Australian stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, billing, collections, and account follow-ups.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice processing, payment coordination, and supplier reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding balances and proactively follow up on collections.
- Coordinate purchasing activities and communicate with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
- Liaise with Australian stakeholders and the Manila team.
- Provide general administrative and operational support as required.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), or administrative roles with significant AP/AR responsibilities.
- Extensive hands-on experience managing end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Experience in collections, reconciliations, vendor coordination, and invoice processing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (Xero, MYOB, or similar accounting software is an advantage).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig.
- Comfortable supporting Australian clients.
- Experience supporting Australian clients or offshore teams is highly preferred.
- Experience in a BPO or shared services environment is an advantage.
