Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administration Officer to support the firm’s daily operations and ensure efficient administrative processes. This role is key to maintaining a professional, well-coordinated, and high-performing work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office coordination
- Handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and manage calendars
- Maintain organized filing systems, records, and documentation
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official communications
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility requirements
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain strict confidentiality
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Experience in a professional services or audit firm is a plus
