The Role
This is a varied, hands-on position sitting across governance administration, regulatory compliance support, and executive coordination. You'll work closely with the Senior Management Team, Board and Committees – keeping things running properly, ensuring obligations are met, and acting as a reliable point of coordination across the organisation.
What makes this role interesting is that it's new. There's a framework in place, but the person coming in will have real scope to look at how things are done and improve them. The organisation is genuinely open to fresh thinking – if you see a better way of doing something, you'll be encouraged to say so and act on it.
The role requires someone who is exceptionally organised, self-sufficient, and takes quiet pride in doing things properly. If you're someone who gets satisfaction from bringing order, building good processes, and being the person others rely on then this could be a really nice fit.
About the Organisation
This is a respected, long-established professional services organisation with a large and active community it serves across Ireland. The internal team is small and tight-knit which means your contribution is visible, valued and appreciated.
The culture is calm, purposeful and collaborative. There's no corporate noise here – just a team of good people who take their work seriously and support each other to do it well. Leadership is experienced and approachable; the line manager for this role has deep institutional knowledge and a reputation for being genuinely supportive.
