About the Role
This is a critical enabler role at the intersection of procurement, infrastructure, and facility management. You’ll own end-to-end administrative processes across your assigned region — from vendor coordination and MIS to facility upkeep and asset tracking — ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
What You’ll Do
- Fulfill procurement and admin requests efficiently across teams and sites
- Coordinate with vendors and the central Procurement Team for timely delivery and closure
- Maintain and share accurate monthly MIS reports with strong data integrity
- Monitor and manage housekeeping and security vendors across locations
- Own and update asset and infrastructure data across locations
- Handle facility management, repairs & maintenance, and ad-hoc support requests
- Ensure upkeep of workplace hygiene, security, and compliance at all times
Who You Are
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in admin or facility
- Strong coordination and communication skills (both internal & vendor-facing)
- High attention to detail and data discipline in reporting and documentation
- Team player who thrives in fast-paced, multi-location environments
- Comfortable working independently and owning end-to-end execution
- Bonus: Experience in logistics, supply chain, or multi-site retail preferred
