Role Description
This is a part-time (9am-3pm Mon-Thurs) on-site Administration role located in Geelong, VIC at Little Constructions. This is not a junior admin role, we're after a real go-getter. Someone that loves the administrative engine room of Construction. You will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of residential building projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting in all pre-construction, and onsite administration, for example:
- Assisting in Planning Permit applications and council correspondence i.e. PSI,
- Report & Consent, Property Reports, Septic Systems etc.
- Prepare and coordinate Building Permit applications.
- Track permit conditions, timelines and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- QA Plans, Engineering, Specifications, Purchase Orders etc.
- Support the site team with following up orders and contractors, booking inspections and documentation.
•Proactively identifying and resolving admin bottlenecks - Improve and maintain internal systems, registers and workflow
- Prior Experience in the Victorian Building & Construction industry is essential.
