Responsibilities of the Office Administrator include:

  • Provide customer service to employees and customers
  • Assist with invoicing/billing duties as assigned
  • Handle any assigned clerical duties

Requirements of the Office Administrator include:

  • Must have office experience
  • Must be knowledgeable regarding invoicing/billing
  • Warehouse office experience preferred
  • Must have book-keeping experience
