  • Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk & Communication
  • Handle phone calls & walk-in enquiries (students, parents, public)
  • Communicate via messaging apps for events & reminders
  • Manage and forward emails to relevant staff
  • Administrative Support
  • Typing, filing, document preparation
  • Maintain records and proper documentation
  • Print attendance records for instructors and staff
  • Mail & Inventory Handling
  • Record and distribute incoming mail
  • Track and monitor inventory/articles
  • Coordination Tasks
  • Contact and confirm parent volunteers
  • Coordinate transport bookings for student activities
  • Verify school bus payments monthly
  • Student Welfare Support
  • Record student injuries in system
  • Provide basic first aid (e.g., plasters)
  • Operational Support
  • Assist in packing learning materials
  • Save and manage approval documents
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties
  • Requirements
  • Qualifications
  • Minimum GCE ?O? Level
  • Experience
  • At least 5 years of administrative experience
