- Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Communication
- Handle phone calls & walk-in enquiries (students, parents, public)
- Communicate via messaging apps for events & reminders
- Manage and forward emails to relevant staff
- Administrative Support
- Typing, filing, document preparation
- Maintain records and proper documentation
- Print attendance records for instructors and staff
- Mail & Inventory Handling
- Record and distribute incoming mail
- Track and monitor inventory/articles
- Coordination Tasks
- Contact and confirm parent volunteers
- Coordinate transport bookings for student activities
- Verify school bus payments monthly
- Student Welfare Support
- Record student injuries in system
- Provide basic first aid (e.g., plasters)
- Operational Support
- Assist in packing learning materials
- Save and manage approval documents
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties
- Requirements
- Qualifications
- Minimum GCE ?O? Level
- Experience
- At least 5 years of administrative experience
