We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as document preparation, record keeping, office correspondence.
  • Responsible for procurement and purchasing, including sourcing and liaising with vendors
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlords to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Basic maintenance and cleanliness of office premises
  • Support e-commerce and sales teams on administrative tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • SPM or Diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience



Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Required language: Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia

RM2,000.00 – RM3,000.00/ month
