Job Summary
Local Boise business owner seeking a dependable, organized part-time assistant to help keep a fast-moving operation running smoothly. You’ll work directly with the owner on scheduling, communication, billing, office organization, and social media. This role goes a step beyond typical admin work, you’ll be involved in the real flow of the business and trusted to handle things independently as you grow into it.

You’ll Handle

  • Scheduling, dispatching, and confirming appointments and deliveries
  • Client, vendor, and team communication by phone, text, and email
  • Billing, invoicing, and payment follow-up
  • Office organization, filing, and digital recordkeeping
  • Creating and maintaining checklists and SOPs
  • Social media and content support using Canva and AI tools

You Are

  • Organized, dependable, and calm when plans change
  • A clear communicator — phone, text, email, and in person
  • Comfortable in a hands-on, small-business environment
  • At ease with Google Workspace, Canva, or ChatGPT
  • Someone who follows direction well and takes initiative once trained
  • Local to Boise and available in-office during business hours

This starts part-time but is built to grow, toward full-time hours, remote flexibility, and expanded support across multiple businesses the owner operates. We want someone who is looking for more than a job and is ready to grow into a long-term right-hand role.
