About the Role
We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Admin Officer to support daily administrative and operational activities within our IT company. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, communication, and office management skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and operational activities
- Handle documentation, filing, and record management
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and utility requirements
- Support employee coordination and basic HR/admin activities
- Assist in maintaining a professional and organized office environment
- Coordinate with different departments to support smooth operations
- Handle calls, emails, and visitor management professionally
- Support event coordination and office engagement activities
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA / BBS / Management or related field
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, office operations, or related role
