Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Tasks: Perform daily administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling company bills and accounts.
  • Product Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory of product sample stocks, and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment and ordering of required items.
  • Company Asset Management: Track and monitor company equipment, including the issuance and retrieval of company-issued assets to employees.
  • Supplies Management: Monitor office supplies, ensure timely replenishment, and process requests for necessary equipment.
  • Database Management: Maintain and regularly update company databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience in administrative or related roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or any related field
  • Experience or familiarity with the beauty or cosmetics industry is an advantage
  • Background in FMCG, retail, or a related industry is preferred
  • Willing to work fully onsite in BGC, Taguig
  • Above-average English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
