This is a varied front desk role where you will answer calls, welcome visitors, handle courier arrangements, keep records up to date and handle day-to-day office administration. The office offers a supportive setting where people pitch in and standards matter. Must have strong organisational and communication skills. Professional and pro‑active receptionist/administrator.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure a clean, organised and welcoming front office environment.
- Run daily errands using company-provided vehicle.
- Support management with day‑to‑day office and personal operations.
- Work closely with manufacturing and laboratory staff printing labels and processing batch numbers for daily production (staff support).
- Maintain clock‑in system.
- Assist with occasional event support.
