Job Details
A professional services organization is seeking a Support Services Clerk to assist with daily office operations. This role supports administrative functions across the office and helps ensure a well‑organized, efficient, and professional work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, and comfortable handling a variety of support tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office support duties, including running errands and coordinating office needs
- Order and maintain office supplies for one or more office locations
- Assist with setting up internal and external meetings, including room preparation and materials
- Provide backup coverage for front desk or reception duties as needed
- Support daily operations and assist staff to ensure smooth office functionality
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic knowledge of office practices and procedures
- Strong attention to detail, including correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
