Job Title: Executive – Admin & Civil Works.

Job Location: Nathay Khalsa, Multan Road, Lahore

Job Purpose:

To manage administrative operations and civil infrastructure maintenance of the warehouses, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, upkeep of facilities, and coordination with vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise civil maintenance and repair works at Log Park.
  • Inspect warehouse structures including roofing, flooring, drainage, and boundary walls
  • Coordinate with contractors/vendors for civil & administrative works
  • Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and reports
  • Support new development and minor project works at log park
  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth facility management.
  • Supervise janitorial and housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Oversee the availability and proper functioning of electricity, water, diesel, and gensets.
  • Maintain accurate records of stationery, consumables, and other facility supplies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and administrative records.
  • Manage office supplies and workspace arrangements to support employees and operational requirements.
  • Ensure regular upkeep of warehouse facilities, utilities, and office areas
  • Support HR & Operations teams for site requirements
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, audits, and company policies.
  • Any additional task assigned by supervisor

Qualification:

  • Minimum Diploma DAE – Civil
  • Bachelors will be preferred.

Experience:

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in administration, facility management, and civil maintenance
  • Preference for candidates with experience in warehousing, logistics parks, or industrial sites

Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of civil maintenance and infrastructure
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills
  • Good vendor management capability
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong record-keeping and reporting skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a site environment
