Position: ADMIN ASSISTANTS
• Welcoming guests, make them feel welcome and comfortable (providing coffee/water)
• Manage office supply levels (groceries/ stationary). Order replacement stock where levels run low.
• Issue office stationery to staff where needed/ keeping articulate records of supplies provided to staff.
• Conduct monthly stock take of all office supplies.
• Assist HR department with monthly administrative tasks. (filing CVs, creating office reports and notifications/ etc)
• Ensure the print station is operational and well stocked daily. Ensure toners/ paper is ordered timeously. Liaise with the print company to conduct timeous services and arrange for ad hoc support where needed.
• Manage the boardroom schedule. Bookings of the various boardrooms to be streamlined through the Receptionist.
• Assist with planning and setting up various company events.
• Order, keep track and distribute welcome packs for new employees.
• Arrange courier services for all departments where required.
