Admin Assistant – Marketing Department Jobs in San Angelo, TX at Western Shamrock Corporation

We are seeking an Admin Assistant – Marketing Department. This job combines Marketing and Admin job duties and requires that candidates be flexible. We are looking for an individual who is efficient, comfortable being a member of a team, and can provide direct support to our Director of Marketing. The ability to multi-task and complete general administrative activities is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

Admin:

You will perform some administrative functions such as creating spreadsheets, submitting expense reports, and creating various marketing reports to name a few.

Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong computer skills are needed, as are excellent telephone skills. Extra points for an upbeat, positive personality.

Social Media:
· Be able to develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with company objectives.

· Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and execute integrated campaigns that include social media.

· Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest

· Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across social media platforms.

· Analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into our social media strategy.

· Monitor and report on competitors’ social media activity and adjust our strategy accordingly.

· Adhere to a consistent brand voice and maintain company brand standards in all product support materials and communications.

Marketing:
· Build a working knowledge of products and company through close collaboration with Marketing and Ops Team.

· Assist with creation, production and proofing of marketing and sales support documents, presentations and related website content.

· Help with event planning and execution.

· Undertake other projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse responsibilities.

· The ideal candidate is articulate, self-motivated, outgoing, and has a strong desire to succeed.

Qualifications:
· Experience in marketing and/or social media management.

· Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organizational skills
