Temporary Administrative Assistant (30 Hours/Week) About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office team during a company integration project. This temporary position will play an important behind‑the‑scenes role in helping maintain organization, accuracy, and efficiency across daily operations Monday‑Friday 9:00 a.m.
-4:00 p.m. with 1 hour lunch break.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to office staff and leadership
- Assist with data entry and internal system updates
- Support internal reporting and tracking tasks
- Assist with coordinating and organizing documentation related to integration efforts
- Help maintain organized records and ensure accuracy
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Professional communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Prior administrative experience preferred
