We are looking for an Account Receivable Clerk with experience and knowledge with computers, accounting/computer software, Microsoft programs (excel & word) Bilingual.
Work Tasks:
-Answering Phone
-Filing
-Sending Invoices, Shipment Confirmation and customer statements via email and or fax
-Assistance in the Accounting Department if necessary
-Availability to work in other work areas if necessary
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
