ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Accounts Payable for a lumber distributor located in Chattanooga TN. In this role, you will perform a variety of general administrative duties including filing, data entry, etc.
Pay Rate
$18.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday – Friday 7:30am-4:00pm (hours can vary within those parameters)
Accounts Payable Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting with morning reports
- Basic accounts payable and receivable duties
- Assist with all monthly reporting
- Help in sales office (answering phones, speaking with customers)
Accounts Payable Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft office suite
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Must be able to do basic math and use a calculator
- Previous clerical experience a plus
