Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. This is currently a full-time position. The ideal candidate will need to be a super organized team player, generate invoioce, upload to customer’s portal, tracks logistics. This position requires strong communication and clerical skills, proficiency in QuickBooks, excel, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

  • Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to issuing purchase orders, track logistic, issue invoice.
  • Manage office correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring all communications are handled professionally.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for to issue invoice and upload. Email communications.
  • Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents.
  • Support calendar management for scheduling appointments and meetings as needed for logistics.

Skills

  • Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for document creation and data management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent clerical skills including attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks is a must.
