Job Responsibilities:
- Applies cash, credit card, check and wire transfer payments to accounts
- Reconciles customer accounts
- Investigates and resolves issues with proper application of cash receipts
- Creates and maintains office reports
- Inspects and reviews chargeback and retrieval cases
- Balances daily cash receipts against lock box totals
- Assists with audits as necessary
- Participates in month/year-end closing
- Recognizes and reports any bad debt, billing, or collection issue
- AR/AP assignments
- Display strong customer service with internal and external departments as well as customers
- All other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bilingual required: Mandarin / English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of accounting experience / processes and procedures / GL experience
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Business Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experienced and proficient QuickBooks, GP, and other ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
