Duties
- Maintain vendor records, request W-9s, prepare 1099s
- Perform high-volume invoice processing using automation software
- Process vendor payments
- Determine and track use tax liability
- Communicate with vendors and other departments
- Research discrepancies, resolve issues
- Assist with A/R as needed
Experience
- Proven clerical experience with a focus on office management, data entry, or bookkeeping roles
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) with ability to learn new systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining accuracy in all tasks
