Duties
- Perform precise data entry into databases and ERP systems to update financial records and account information
- Manage order entry processes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of transactions
- Maintain organized filing systems for invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
- Assist with data collection and analysis using tools like pivot tables in QuickBooks or Microsoft Excel to support reporting needs
- Conduct routine clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and transcribing information with high accuracy
- Support office operations by handling general administrative tasks including typing correspondence and organizing schedules
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and assist in reconciling accounts as needed
Requirements
- Proven clerical experience with a focus on data entry, filing, and office administration
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Office applications, and familiarity with databases and ERP systems
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy for transcription and data entry tasks
- Basic math skills for verifying figures and processing transactions accurately
- Experience with order entry systems and data collection methods
- Organizational skills that enable efficient management of multiple tasks simultaneously
