Supervisor Job description:
FULL TIME SUPERVISOR
$2.30 Shift Diff for 2nd and 3rd Shifts
MUST have prior SUPERVISORY experience, in warehousing, and logistics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST have prior STRONG SUPERVISORY BACKGROUND – MANAGEMENT SKILLS
This position will be very paperwork oriented, so must be able to pay attention to fine details and must have prior supervisory experience. Must be willing to become a process expert with the ability to train associates.
Must have STRONG data entry, computer, and clerical experience.
MUST be PEOPLE oriented with the ability to supervise and coordinate the work of others.
TEAM PLAYER IS A MUST!
Must be willing to assist General Associates in completing all work requirements
Must be flexible and have good problem-solving skills
Job duties will consist of SUPERVISING and COORDINATING NKP Logistics associates with duties consisting of, but not limited to:
DATA ENTRY
CUSTOMER CONTACT
PICKING AND PACKING – PARTS PULLING
LOADING, UNLOADING AND INSPECTION
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK OVERTIME AS REQUIRED
MUST HAVE STEEL TOED BOOTS OR SHOES.
