The PRN Patient Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the front desk while ensuring accurate registration, scheduling, and financial processes. As a PRN Patient Representative, you will support both patients and clinical staff while maintaining efficiency, compassion, and attention to detail.

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, dependable PRN Patient Representative to join our Olathe team. The PRN Patient Representative will greet patients, manage scheduling, verify insurance, collect payments, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.

This position includes participation in a rotating Saturday schedule as outlined above.

Position Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival

• Register patients accurately in the electronic system

• Verify insurance and collect applicable copays or balances

• Schedule appointments and answer incoming calls

• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

• Communicate effectively with technologists, radiologists, and clinic staff

• Support overall front office workflow and patient experience
