Overview The Executive Assistant (EA) is responsible for providing daily administrative support to executives or teams, including schedule management, meeting coordination, document handling, and cross-department communication, ensuring efficient and smooth office operations.
- Key Responsibilities
- Assist executives or teams with daily administrative tasks
- Arrange meetings, coordinate schedules, and book travel
- Handle various documents, reports, and emails, ensuring accurate information delivery
- Support company events and external communications
- Maintain and update relevant data and files
- Perform other administrative support tasks assigned by supervisors REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION (SCHOOL/SPECIALIZATION): University degree or similar LANGUAGES: English fluent, additional language is preferred EXPERIENCES:
- Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience as an EA or administrative assistant
- Prior experience in multinational companies or trading firms is preferred
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cross-department coordination or supporting executives
