Front Desk Coordinator Jobs in Atlanta at Learfield
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate team members
- Administrative tasks that support business operations
- Model an excellent ‘customer service’ attitude
- Maintain a tidy and presentable lobby/reception area
- Manage mail and deliveries
- Handle inquiries and provide basic information about the company and services
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security procedures
- Order and manage office supplies inventory
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum two years of experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and poised demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
